Returns

You have 3 calendar days to raise the issue of the sms credits purchased by you.

As such we do not have a refund policy.

All purchases done by you has been approved after a legitimate Purchase Order from your end.

A Purchase of SMS credits in your account is always done post your personal evaluation of the demo account given to you for a trial period of 7 calender days.

To be eligible for a return, your SMS credits must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your SMS Credits needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your SMS Credits, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned SMS Credits. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the SMS Credits.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
