Pankaj Behera is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Equence. Pankaj is passionate about building incredible & innovative solutions for businesses across various industries. He is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in building high-performing engineering organizations. His expertise spans SaaS/CPaaS/CCaaS Solutions, Telecom Applications, Cloud Computing, Distributed and Scalable Systems, Security Compliance. He has a proven track record of setting up engineering and operation functions from scratch for a few organizations.
Amber Jain is serving as a Chief Operations Officer at Equence Technologies. As a COO in charge, Mr Amber is responsible for translating the CEO’s vision into bespoke actionable plans and ensuring strategic implementation across the organization. With over 8 years of experience serving as a COO, he has a proven track record in handling complicated operational tasks, streamlining operations, and achieving excellent results. Previously in his career, he has served as Delivery Manager at Versé Innovation Pvt Ltd and Team Lead at UNICEL Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
